Fiesta Fanatics

Get ready to be a part of something truly spectacular! The City of Albuquerque Solid Waste Management Department and Keep Albuquerque Beautiful, in partnership with Imagine ABQ, proudly present the Fiesta Fanatics Cleanup Event. This exciting community-driven event takes place one week ahead of the 52nd annual Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, marking a major rebrand of our annual fall neighborhood cleanup initiative. Join us at Balloon Fiesta Park and throughout Albuquerque as we unite neighborhood associations, school groups, local businesses, and community activism groups in a massive, city-wide cleanup. Our goal is to make our beautiful city shine as we get ready for our favorite time of year, the world-renowned Balloon Fiesta, and we need your help to make it happen!

At the same time, we invite neighborhood associations, local organizations, and companies to organize cleanups in their own communities. We are ready to supply those cleanups with trash bags, gloves, trash pickers, safety supplies, and bag pickups.

As a Fiesta Fanatic, you'll be among the first to kick off the festivities for this year's Balloon Fiesta. From Balloon Fiesta Park to communities across the city, we want to come together to make a difference in our communities as we aim to make our city shine ahead of the biggest party of the year! This year, we are excited to partner with Imagine ABQ to provide even more opportunities to take pride in One Albuquerque together.
