Mural Grant

The Keep Albuquerque Beautiful Program will sustain its collaboration with local non-profit Working Classroom to eliminate graffiti. Through this partnership, Working Classroom will execute murals on public property, aiming to enhance the city’s aesthetics and deter graffiti.

This local non-profit has a mission to nurture “the artistic, civic, and academic minds of youth through in-depth art projects with contemporary artists to amplify historically ignored voices, resist systemic injustices, and imagine a more equitable society.”

Examples of funded supplies: brushes, paint, rollers, buckets, tcarps, etc.
